Game Changing Style Presents: The Haunted Digital Fashion Competition
Join us in crafting a hauntingly innovative digital fashion design for Halloween that showcases your 3D modeling, texturing, and virtual garment creation skills. This is your chance to be recognized as an Award-Winning Designer in the gaming and digital fashion ecosystem. Celebrate the integration of digital fashion and gaming this Halloween!
Entry Requirements
- Open to all digital fashion and game character designers 18 years and older, regardless of level
- Participants must follow Game Changing Style on the site where they saw the post:

- Entries must be posted on the designer's social media accounts with hashtags #DigitalHalloweenFashion and #GCSContest
- Participants may enter as many times as they wish across multiple categories
- All submissions must be ORIGINAL work. Already-made past work is acceptable. Please no AI (any AI entries will be disqualified).
- Participants grant permission for Game Changing Style to share and repost their designs in accordance to our Terms and Conditions
How to Enter
- Submit one original 3D digital fashion design with a Halloween theme to your social media post
- Include at least three different views of the costume in png format
-Include one video of the design moving in the background
- Provide a brief description (max 100 words) of the design concept
- Post your entry on your social media accounts using hashtags #DigitalHalloweenFashion and #GCSContest
- Tag Game Changing Style in your post

- Technical execution
- Adherence to the Halloween theme

Categories
1. Best Overall Design
- Awarded to the most creative and well-executed digital costume design that embodies the Halloween spirit.
2. Most Innovative Design
- Recognizes wearables that showcase unique concepts, materials, or techniques, pushing the boundaries of digital fashion.
3. Best Character Design Interpretation
- Given to the design that best represents an imagined or established character from gaming
Prizes
First Place:
- Official Game Changing Style Award Certificate for winners to post on their Linkedin, portfolio, social media, website etc
- Official Game Changing Style Digital Award Badge to display on their social media profile or portfolio, to recognize their achievement.
- Feature on Game Changing Style Podcast, enhancing winner’s portfolio and experience.
- One-on-one Mentorship Session with GCS founders Tracy Greenan and Fija Dahlia to provide guidance and advice
- Guest Post: winner will have the opportunity to be guest interviewed on the Game Changing Style website, https://www.gamechangingstyle.com/ to share their design process and insights with the GCS audience.
- Social Media Shoutout: Winner will receive a dedicated shoutout on the GCS social media accounts, highlighting their design to encourage follower engagement
- Profile Feature on Website: Winner will be featured in the GCS official newsletter, providing additional visibility among subscribers
Second Place:
- Official Game Changing Style Award Certificate for winners to post on their Linkedin, portfolio, social media, website etc
- Official Game Changing Style digital award badge to display on their social media profile or portfolio to recognize their achievement
- Guest Post: Winner will have the opportunity to write a guest blog post on GCS website, to share their design process and insights with the GCS audience
- Online Portfolio Review: Winner will receive a free review of their online portfolio, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement from GCS founders Tracy Greenan and Fija Dahlia
- Social Media Shoutout: Winner will receive a dedicated shoutout on the GCS social media accounts, highlighting their design to encourage follower engagement.
- Profile Feature on Website: Winner will be featured in the GCS official newsletter, providing additional visibility among subscribers
Terms and Conditions:
1. Eligibility: Open to participants aged 18 and over residing in areas where such competitions are legal.
2. Submission: By entering, participants grant Game Changing Style and The Fashion Collector LLC (hereafter "Organizers") a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display their submissions for promotional purposes.
3. Intellectual Property: Participants retain ownership of their original work but grant Organizers the right to use submissions in marketing, promotional materials, and future events without additional compensation.
4. Image Rights: Participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and biographical information in connection with the competition and future promotions.
5. Judging: Decisions of the judges are final. Organizers reserve the right to disqualify entries that violate these terms or are deemed inappropriate.
6. Prizes: Winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Liability: Organizers are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical failures.
8. Privacy: Personal information will be used in accordance with Organizers' privacy policies and applicable New York State laws.
9. Modifications: Organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the competition at their discretion.
10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York State.
By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
