FASHION IN GAMING AWARDS — TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: December 11, 2025

Please review these Terms & Conditions before submitting your nomination. By participating, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to participate. By submitting, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal right to agree to these terms.
Verification: You may be asked to confirm your age with valid ID. False information may result in removal from the Awards.
Location: The Awards are open internationally, except where local laws prohibit participation.

2. Use of Your Content and Likeness

By submitting your nomination, you allow The Fashion Collector LLC and its partners to use your name, likeness, and submission materials (like videos, images, and designs) for purposes related to the Fashion in Gaming Awards. This may include use in promotional materials, events, and online content.

You keep ownership of your content. By submitting, you simply grant permission for the Awards to share and promote it worldwide in a professional context.

You won’t receive additional compensation for promotional use, but you’ll always be credited when reasonable and appropriate.

3. Media and Platforms

Your submissions and related content may appear on:

Event broadcasts or livestreams
Websites, social media, and digital platforms
Press coverage and promotional materials
Future Awards recaps and archives

All uses will remain aligned with the Awards’ creative and professional purpose.

4. Content Ownership and Standards

You confirm that:

The materials you submit are yours, or you have permission to share them.
Your content does not infringe on anyone else’s rights or contain offensive or illegal material.

Submissions must follow professional and respectful standards. We may remove or not feature content that doesn’t meet these guidelines.

5. Participation and Compensation

Participation is voluntary. The Awards are designed to celebrate creativity and provide recognition within the gaming and fashion communities.

There is no guaranteed payment or prize unless otherwise announced in writing. Any awards, features, or recognition are at the judges’ and organizers’ discretion.

6. Communications

If you opt in, you may receive updates, early access opportunities, and invitations related to the Awards or related projects (like the ALTAR app waiting list). You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in our emails.

7. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We collect only what’s necessary to manage nominations and communicate with you about the Awards. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

8. Liability and Responsibility

By participating, you understand that your submissions and likeness may appear publicly and may receive audience interaction or commentary.

We are not responsible for:

Technical issues or third-party platform errors
Public commentary or shared media once publicly available

We’ll always handle your materials respectfully and avoid any misuse inconsistent with the Awards’ purpose.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, New York.

We encourage informal resolution of any disputes by contacting us at info@fashioningamingawards.com. If needed, disputes may be resolved via neutral arbitration in New York, New York.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms when necessary. If changes are made, we’ll notify participants by email or through our website. Continued participation after updates means you accept the new Terms.

By submitting your nomination, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years old
Understand and agree to these Terms
Own or have rights to your submission
Allow promotional use of your materials related to the Awards
Accept that participation is voluntary and not guaranteed to receive compensation

Your submission acts as your electronic signature confirming agreement.
